By downloading, accessing, or using the Saturday Harvest mobile application (“App”) or website at saturday-harvest.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.
2. About Saturday Harvest
Saturday Harvest is a free community discovery platform that helps users find local farmers markets, farm-to-table restaurants, pop-up events, artisan markets, and fresh produce vendors in their area. The App is and will always remain completely free for all users.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Saturday Harvest. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@saturdayharvest.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the App
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. User-Submitted Content
Users may submit feedback, bug reports, and feature requests through the Help & Support screen. By submitting content, you grant Saturday Harvest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve the platform.
7. Third-Party Listings
Market, restaurant, and event listings are submitted by administrators and verified partners. Saturday Harvest does not independently verify the accuracy of all listings and is not responsible for changes in hours, location, or availability. Always confirm details directly with the vendor.
8. Location Services
The App requests access to your device location solely to surface nearby markets and events. Location data is used only within the App to improve your discovery experience and is never sold or shared with third parties.
9. No Fees
Saturday Harvest is free to download and use. We do not charge users for any features, listings, or functionality now or in the future.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and design elements of Saturday Harvest are owned by or licensed to Saturday Harvest and may not be used without express written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Saturday Harvest does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturday Harvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any listing or content.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date above accordingly.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Saturday Harvest is headquartered.
